Info for Exhibitors

We are very much looking forward to seeing you at the fair on Thursday 10 November.

It is important that you check that your details are shown correctly on the exhibitor page of this site.

Please direct your supporters to our website as tickets for the fair can be ordered on-line via the website.

You must arrive at Woburn Abbey Sculpture Gallery on
10 November at 7.00am as the fair opens to the public at 10.00am prompt and runs through to 5.00pm. Please ensure your stand is manned at all times.

Exhibitors can start packing up from 8.00pm onward, at the conclusion of the Gala Evening.

We shall be providing you with hot soup for lunch which you will collect from our cafeteria. Hot and cold drinks will be served through the day.

For those of you who do not know, to get to the Sculpture Gallery follow these directions:

Pass Woburn Church on your left and enter the deer park.
After the second set of gates, go straight on up the hill, and turn right through the barrier at the top.
On arriving at the buildings, go through the gate ahead of you and into a small courtyard.
Go under the archway on the left and turn immediately right.
There will be people around to direct you to the appropriate entrance.

Please unload through the Henry Holland Corridor*/The Foyer* (*to be advised).

For security reasons - after unloading, it is very important that you MOVE your cars into the main car park.
